World Wide Technology is seeking an experienced Network Engineer in Greater London to support BAU incident resolution and troubleshooting for a merged banking network environment. This is an operations-focused role, not primarily a project deployment position.

You will handle mixed security/network stack troubleshooting, participate in after-hours changes, and contribute to stabilizing access and systems post-merger, with on-call coverage by the NOC as needed.

Formación

• 8+ years experience in Network implementation / Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a mixed security/network stack.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic — attitude matters as much as certifications.
• Comfortable joining a team still consolidating access/systems post-merger.
• Mix of ticket/incident resolution and occasional project work.
• Participation in scheduled out-of-hours changes (Fri night–Sun), workload shared across team.
• NOC handles primary on-call coverage.
