Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in London to support BAU operations and deliver secure networking solutions. You will design and implement firewall policies, manage IPS deployments, and uphold global standards across data-centre and branch networks.

The role requires strong Cisco expertise, experience with DMZ, VLANs and high availability, and certification in Cisco technologies. Banking sector exposure is a plus; hybrid/onsite options may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in mission-critical environments and operational deployments.
• Knowledge of data-centre and branch inter-connectivity is essential.
• Experience with Cisco multi-layer switches and 6500 routers.

Responsibilities

• Support BAU and delivery of allBAU and support services.
• Design, build and implement firewall solutions from perimeter to DMZ.
• Support IPS deployment for European branches.
• Develop, maintain and deliver global networking standards.
