Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking a dedicated NetSuite expert to own and operate our NetSuite platform in the UK, with Essex location guidance.

You will act as the primary SME and escalation point for NetSuite, owning end-to-end configuration, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reporting and permissions.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions, drive automation, testing, releases and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in NetSuite administration, consultancy, or related ownership
• Strong NetSuite configuration skills
• Understanding of ERP end-to-end processes: P2P, O2C, R2R
• Experience translating business requirements into NetSuite solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the NetSuite platform end-to-end
• Serve as SME and escalation point for NetSuite
• Configure and optimise workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and permissions
• Manage system enhancements, integrations, testing, and releases
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology to improve processes
• Drive automation, continuous improvement and platform best practice
