Job summary

Planet Recruitment seeks a NetSuite Administrator to join a hybrid role in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The candidate will work on NetSuite CRM, develop SuiteScripts, and maintain legacy code. Office presence is required twice weekly with strong emphasis on data migration, reporting, and system updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.
• Experience with data migration and process improvements.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate Suite Scripts to fulfil business requirements.
• Maintain and update legacy code and scripts.
• Document and communicate scripts and workflows clearly.
• Generate and modify NetSuite reports for business needs.
• Manage NetSuite system updates including products, classes and customers.
• Ensure workflows in NetSuite run correctly and improve as needed.
• Handle NetSuite data migration, imports and exports.
• Create and modify Excel reports as required.
