Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Developer / Integrations Specialist to own and advance the NetSuite instance and its integrations in a remote-first UK setting.

You will lead end-to-end integration efforts with iPaaS platforms and develop SuiteScripts, workflows and customisations, while supporting broader systems as part of a lean team. Occasional on-site days are expected during planning and peak trading periods.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration/middleware experience with an iPaaS platform such as Patchworks, Celigo, Boomi, Jitterbit or similar.
• Comfortable owning a system end to end rather than just working through tickets.
• Happy working largely remotely, with occasional days on‑site for planning and to support key trading periods.

NetSuite Developer / Integrations Specialist, Permanent, Remote-first (UK)

I'm working with a growing e-commerce business that's investing in its systems and needs someone to take real ownership of NetSuite and the integrations sitting around it.

This isn't a "keep the lights on" role.

You'll be the go-to person for the NetSuite instance itself and everything plugged into it.

What you'll be doing:

Owning and troubleshooting integrations between NetSuite, a middleware/iPaaS layer, and other core business systems (including a warehouse management system).

Building and maintaining SuiteScripts, workflows and customisations.

Acting as the go-to person for the NetSuite instance, covering configuration, admin and ongoing development.

Pitching in on wider systems support where needed as part of a lean, hands‑on team.

What we're looking for:

The setup:

Open on background, could suit a NetSuite developer moving into a broader ownership role, or a Business Systems/Integrations person with strong NetSuite skills.
