Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach technical performance within a team and across a business, setting clear objectives and measuring progress.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary agile teams and identifying training needs.
• Strong technical domain design skills and a track record of reducing technical debt.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders and ability to drive design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead technical performance across teams, setting objectives and tracking progress.
• Identify training needs within a multi-disciplinary Agile team and implement development plans.
• Apply technical domain design skills to solutions and architectures.
• Identify and pay down technical debt to improve system health.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and advocate for design reviews.
• Promote technical evangelism and best practices across the organisation.
• Work with architecture-focused roadmaps and enterprise patterns.
• Contribute to architecture-focused design reviews and roadmaps.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative workplace attitude.
