Microlise is seeking a Lead Engineer to guide a talented engineering team through diverse projects and evolving products. You will coach technical performance, set objectives, and mentor on architecture while balancing delivery and technical debt.

A strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication helps drive design reviews and architectural roadmaps. You will enjoy a clear career path with training, flexible working options, and a supportive culture that values

Formación

• Proven ability to coach technical performance within a team and across a business, setting clear objectives and measuring progress.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary agile teams and identifying training needs.
• Strong technical domain design skills and a track record of reducing technical debt.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders and ability to drive design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and lead technical performance across teams, setting objectives and tracking progress.
• Identify training needs within a multi-disciplinary Agile team and implement development plans.
• Apply technical domain design skills to solutions and architectures.
• Identify and pay down technical debt to improve system health.

Within your role as a Lead Engineer, no two days will look the same; with a variety of projects, there’s always something new to learn. You will be joining an already established and talented team, comprised of Graduate Engineers through to Solution Architects helping to enhance existing and develop new products!
