Job summary

Proventeq, a Microsoft Solutions for Modern Work provider, is seeking a Technical Team Lead in Reading to drive software design and delivery using C#/.Net, React, Azure APIs and SQL Server. You will mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and engage with customers for project execution.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in software development, proven leadership in Agile environments, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and develop software using C#/.Net, React, Azure APIs and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and writing technical design documents and architecture diagrams.
• Strong experience leading software development using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities.
