Job summary

Solomons Europe is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our NEC4-focused practice. You’ll be seconded and embedded within client delivery teams, working with client organisations, Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, and specialist subcontractors across diverse sectors, leading NEC4 subcontract procurement, administration and cost forecasting on complex projects.

This on‑site role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, strong communication and leadership, and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Engineering (HNC/HND considered).
• Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
• Client-focused, commercially astute with strong collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on NEC4 subcontract procurement, administration and cost forecasting.
• Embed within client delivery teams and collaborate with Tier 1/2 contractors and subcontractors.
• Shape commercial clarity and drive smarter outcomes on diverse NEC projects.
