Job summary

Solomons Europe is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our NEC4–driven delivery teams in the Teesside area. You will be embedded with project teams on site, delivering commercial insight and managing contracts and risk to support successful outcomes.

This permanent role offers a highly competitive salary plus a £5,500 flex allowance, a company bonus up to 10%, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our growth‑focused practice.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Client-focused, commercially astute, and collaborative.
• Experience with forecasting and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with NEC4 contracts is preferred.

• Provide commercial leadership on NEC4 projects on site.
• Manage contractual performance and risk.
• Embed with delivery teams to drive outcomes.
