The Talent Edit Group is seeking an Account Manager in London to lead top-tier department store partnerships in the luxury beauty sector. You will negotiate terms, drive annual business plans and own the account P&L, delivering forecast-driven results and premium retail activations.

You will work with a heritage luxury house and report to the Sales Director. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and a strong client-facing presence in the UK market.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of account management in luxury beauty or premium consumer goods.
• Experience trading with UK department stores or premium beauty retailers.
• Strong P&L, forecasting and Excel skills.
• Ability to present and negotiate with buyers and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build, negotiate and deliver annual joint business plans with flagship department store partners.
• Lead seasonal sell‑in presentations and secure commitments for core lines, new launches and exclusives.
• Negotiate trading terms, promotional allowances, counter space and gifting activations.
• Own the account P&L, promotional trade budgets and margins across your retailer portfolio.
• Deliver rolling monthly demand forecasts with the UK supply chain to avoid stock-outs.
• Coordinate launch timings, counter installations and deliveries with retail operations and VM.
• Track sell-in against sell-out and report to the Sales Director.
• Line manage and mentor a Sales Analyst.
• Partner with Trade Marketing, PR and ecommerce to design retail activations.
