Job summary

CVUK is seeking a commercially astute Senior National Account Manager to lead major national retail accounts in the luxury beauty space, shaping the brand's national retail footprint and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

You will forecast, plan promotions, JBPs, manage senior-level retailer relationships, collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance, and translate market insights into opportunities within a high-growth, sustainability-minded premium brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in National Account Management within luxury beauty or premium FMCG.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead management of national retail accounts with strong commercial performance and brand alignment.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans including forecasting, promotions and JBPs.
• Build senior-level relationships with buyers and retail partners across commercial and supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance for seamless execution and brand consistency.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and category insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Drive excellence in account performance reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
