Job summary

We Are Refyne is recruiting a Senior National Account Manager to own our client's relationships with two major UK high-street retailers. You will drive retail sell-out, grow market share, and manage account strategy with full P&L ownership, while collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Insights to align plans.

Ideal candidates are highly numerate, strong negotiators, and experienced in FMCG/retail national account management with UK retailers.

Responsibilities

• Own the two key UK high-street retail relationships end to end.
• Develop and deliver JBPs and trading plans aligned to P&L and objectives.
• Manage P&L from sell-in to sell-out and hit targets.
