Background

Working closely with the Commercial Director and Business Unit Head, you will take ownership of some of the Top 4 Grocery Accounts. This role is not just about managing relationships – it is about driving growth! Opportunities for their products are everywhere, and your curiosity and tenacity will be key to making things happen.

You will also be responsible for setting robust and innovative strategies and relentlessly pursuing their execution.

Support will be available from Brand, Insight, Category Data, and Shopper Campaigns – the team works together to succeed.

Major factors include increased distribution, award-winning new products, and changing consumer behaviors. The commercial team is a major contributor to this success.

About You

You should understand the landscape, be innovative, and passionate about bringing ideas to fruition. A balance between teamwork and pioneering spirit is essential.

You must be a strong relationship builder and networker, with a focus on end goals. Combining structured, process-driven approaches with entrepreneurial flair is crucial.

Experience in a high-growth environment is advantageous. If you currently work for a major UK FMCG company and seek more impact, we want to hear from you.

It is also essential that you have experience working with accounts within the Grocery Retail Estate, e.g., Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, M&S. Without this, making an impact will be challenging.
