Working closely with the Commercial Director and Business unit head, you will take ownership of some of the Top 4 Grocery Accounts. This role is about growth and developing opportunities for their products. Your curiosity and tenacity will be key to making things happen.
You will set robust and innovative strategies and be committed to delivering results. Support will be available from Brand, Insight, Category Data, and Shopper Campaigns – teamwork is essential.
The company has experienced phenomenal growth recently, with turnover increasing more than four-fold. Their success is driven by increased distribution, award-winning new products, and changing consumer behavior. The commercial team plays a significant role in this success.
You should understand the landscape, generate ideas, and be passionate about executing them. A balance between being a team player and an entrepreneurial pioneer is important.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills are essential, along with a structured, process-driven approach and entrepreneurial flair.
