Job Description:
The priority of this position is to coordinate the key account strategy for Royal Canin UK & Ireland in Pet Specialty Retailing (PSR). This involves establishing, maintaining, and developing customer relationships with the goal of increasing sales and expanding RC's market share.

- Development and implementation of a strategy designed to win for Royal Canin.
- The role will serve as the interface between Royal Canin and one of our largest accounts, aiming to develop a consistent mutual partnership.
- High-level collaboration and cross-departmental work are essential.
- Collaborative work with regional teams on projects or deploying category-building programs and launching innovations that promote growth in Pet Specialty retailing.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Maximize all business opportunities with RC's largest account in the UK & Ireland: visibility in-store and online, listings, e-marketing, promotions, VIP & media presence of the PSR range.
- Manage all aspects of customer terms negotiations, trade expenditure, advertising and promotional spend, communication on new product development, and price list changes.
- Develop and implement a 3-year Strategic Growth Partnership, including robust JBP planning and detailed execution plans to support investment through loyalty schemes.
- Handle budget responsibilities with P&L management, ensuring appropriate metrics are in place to monitor progress and take corrective actions, with periodic reporting to the PSR Director.
- Act as forecast owner in the DMR element of the S&OP process to ensure sales forecasting and stock availability, addressing any challenges.
- Analyze and observe the PSR market, competitors, customer needs, and online market development to expand market position.
- Participate in or lead projects for personal development and growth, maintaining confidentiality around project details.
