Macgregor Black are proud to partner with a leading food manufacturer on their search for a Senior National Account Manager. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham.

As Senior National Account Manager, you will partner with major grocery clients, holding full P&L responsibility, leading commercial negotiations across the portfolio. You will identify opportunities for new business and work strategically with clients to grow the business moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Responsibility for key major grocery customers
  • Managing commercial negotiation including price increases, NPD and volume/margin increases
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships, creating opportunities for strategic growth, using market and customer knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in trends and market opportunities

What we are looking for?

  • Experience in account management of major grocery multiples within food manufacturing, including full P&L management
  • Excellent account management skills including negotiations and strategic planning
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities to strategically grow accounts
  • Proactively working to deliver results for customers
  • Knowledge of trends and innovation
