Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a commercially minded Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across its cybersecurity propositions in London. You will shape, develop and close high-quality opportunities across tier-1, enterprise and mid-market customers, working with Client Executives and Delivery teams to ensure measurable client outcomes and strong pricing discipline.

You will carry proposition expertise, market insight and strategic influence, owning pricing strategy and commercial risk, while

Qualifications

• Experience shaping complex cybersecurity, technology or professional services opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen with balance of value, profitability, risk and delivery feasibility.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs).
• Experience in enterprise or strategic account sales cycles.
• Ability to build business cases, pricing scenarios and ROI models.
• Understanding of contracts, SLAs, statements of work and risk allocation.
• Collaboration across matrixed teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide proposition expertise across services to support engagements, RFPs and proposals.
• Shape tailored value propositions with clients executives and account managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Solutions Architecture to validate scope and commercial structure.
• Lead or contribute to customer-facing presentations and strategy sessions.
• Own pricing strategy, contract structure and commercial risk.
• Track and influence pipeline in key accounts through deal stages.
• Bridge between Sales, Product and Delivery, feeding market feedback.
• Mentor account teams and share insights on trends and competitors.
• Orchestrate targeted campaigns to drive growth in your area.
• Develop and refine business cases and ROI models showing customer value.
• Ensure proposals maintain pricing discipline and delivery readiness.
• Support development of strategic deal frameworks and reusable sales assets.
• Coach sales teams on qualification, deal structuring and execution.
