Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced Murex Capability Lead to build and scale a Murex practice within the Financial Services & Banking unit. You will lead delivery, governance, and client engagement across banks, capital markets firms, asset managers and financial technology clients.

In this senior role you will mentor consultants, shape proposals, support pre-sales and drive revenue growth through high-quality delivery and strategic market positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Murex consulting and capability leadership within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Murex MX.3 and front-to-back trade lifecycle.
• Experience leading Murex implementations, upgrades or migrations.
• Proven client-facing experience with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, Front Office and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Murex capability within the Financial Services & Banking unit.
• Act as the senior internal Murex SME for client opportunities, delivery discussions, candidate assessment and solution shaping.
• Support business development teams in identifying and converting Murex opportunities across banks, capital markets firms, asset managers and financial services clients.
• Shape Murex proposals, solution outlines, commercial models, delivery plans and statements of work.
• Mentor internal Murex consultants and ensure high-quality delivery across engagements.
