Job summary

Aldermore is seeking a Murex Product Lead to drive day-to-day operation, enhancements and continuous improvement of the Murex platform within the Finance & Treasury Product Squad. The role involves partnering with Treasury, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology to ensure the platform delivers value and meets business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Murex or similar treasury platforms is desirable.
• Strong understanding of treasury products and processes (FX, derivatives, money markets, fixed income).
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into functional specs.
• Experience supporting system changes, configuration or IT delivery with a technical mindset.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Treasury users of the Murex platform and ensure system meets business needs.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Technology to translate requirements into user stories and functional specs.
• Support delivery of system enhancements, testing and implementation activities.
• Coordinate testing, UAT support, defect management and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and configuration with governance and change controls.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive continuous platform improvements.
