Market Cloud Ltd is hiring an experienced Murex Test Lead to join our growing team in London. The role focuses on leading testing activities across Murex implementations and enhancements, coordinating with business analysts, developers, traders and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will develop test strategies, plans, and cases, manage SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing, track defects, and mentor testing teams while upholding quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in testing Murex applications and knowledge of MX.3 platform.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Treasury, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX and Risk Management.
• Experience in Test Planning, Test Execution and Defect Management.
• Knowledge of Murex workflows, interfaces and reporting.

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Murex projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, traders, and stakeholders to validate requirements and solutions.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration Testing cycles.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects through defect management tools.
• Ensure test coverage across Murex modules including Front Office, Back Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Interfaces.
• Prepare test status reports, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor and guide testing teams while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Support release management and production validation activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Murex application testing, test management, and financial markets domain knowledge. This role involves leading testing activities, coordinating with business and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Murex implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for Murex projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, traders, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration Testing cycles.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects through defect management tools.
• Ensure test coverage across Murex modules including Front Office, Back Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Interfaces.
• Prepare test status reports, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor and guide testing teams while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Murex Testing
• Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 platform
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, Treasury, Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, and Risk Management
• Experience in Test Planning, Test Execution, and Defect Management
• Good understanding of Murex workflows, interfaces, and reporting
• Experience with JIRA, ALM, or similar test management tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading offshore/onshore testing teams
• Exposure to automation testing within Murex environments
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience
• Murex certification is an added advantage
