DXC-Luxoft seeks a senior Murex environment management lead to own the Murex infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring stability and performance across streams. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and drive architectural improvements, scripting, and automated solutions.

You will mentor teams, coordinate SIT/UAT releases, and stay ahead of DevOps trends to inform the project roadmap. Strong communication and EST-hours availability are required.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on experience in Murex Infra/Environment/Config Management, Scripting
• 4+ years hands-on experience with CI/CD (Ansible) and Git proficiency
• Experience with Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flows, interfaces and Trade Life Cycle
• Leadership: proven experience as technical lead or environment management lead within a Murex ecosystem
• Accountability: ability to own high-pressure production support issues and drive resolution
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in EST hours

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the Murex environment lifecycle, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across all streams
• Strategic Solution Design: Proactively analyze environment bottlenecks; propose and drive architectural improvements and automated solutions
• Decision Making & Governance: Define standards for refreshes, monitoring, and health check protocols
• Mentorship & Peer Review: Lead and mentor junior/senior team members in troubleshooting and best practices
• Stakeholder Liaison: Manage relationships with internal development teams and client stakeholders
• Proactive Release Leadership: Coordinate SIT/UAT release cycles and identify dependencies
• Innovation & Trend Tracking: Evaluate new Murex features and DevOps trends for roadmap
