Job summary

CRA Legal is seeking an Intermediate Track Fee Earner in Sheffield to manage a diverse PI caseload from inception to settlement. You will handle road traffic and liability-based claims with autonomy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have solid PI fee earner experience, familiarity with the Intermediate Track and Civil Procedure Rules, and strong negotiation and client communication skills. Hybrid working is on offer, with ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience handling personal injury claims.
• Exposure to Intermediate Track preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PI litigation and procedural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of intermediate-track PI claims from inception to conclusion.
• Progress matters including liability, quantum, evidence and litigation.
• Review medical evidence and other supporting documentation.
• Draft pleadings, statements, schedules of loss and other legal documents.
• Value claims and prepare for settlement; negotiate with insurers.
