Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a multi-skilled Shift Technician (Electrical or Mechanical) to maintain and optimise building MEP services in line with the Global Reliability programme (GRP). You will use CMMS, oversee BMS and IoT-enabled controls, and support safety, QA and handover tasks on site.

The role requires at least 5 years in a building services maintenance environment, a strong team spirit, and effective communication with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Multi Skilled Building Services Maintenance Contracting Environment.
• Experience with CMMS, BMS and IoT-enabled controls is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building MEP services in line with GRP requirements.
• Record all maintenance activities using the CMMS with accuracy.
• Assist testing, commissioning and handover of new building systems.
• Promote safety-first practices and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and optimize BMS and smart building controls for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Technical Operations Manager and colleagues to improve operations.
