Job summary

The White Horse Federation in Melksham is seeking an experienced Multi Site Manager to coordinate facilities across four of our primary schools. Based within one site, you will be part of the Estates team, ensuring safety, security, cleanliness and high maintenance standards across all premises.

You will lead a small site team, promote reliable on site operations, manage moving and handling procedures, and contribute to a supportive, values‑driven school environment that puts children first.

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible and flexible, able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness.
• An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level.
• Able to motivate and lead a small team.
• Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.

Responsibilities
