Job summary

The White Horse Federation is seeking an experienced School Multi Site Manager to support four primary schools across Melksham. Based within the Melksham sites, you will lead our Estates team to ensure high standards of safety, cleaning and maintenance across all premises.

You will be reliable, hands-on and able to motivate a small team, with previous caretaker or handyperson experience and knowledge of moving and handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible and flexible with focus on security, safety and maintenance.
• Experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at senior level.
• Able to motivate and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support across four primary schools in Melksham as part of the Estates team.
• Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance across all premises.
• Lead and develop the Estates team in day-to-day site management.
• Coordinate security and safety across multiple site locations.
