Shaw CE Primary School is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support four primary locations in Melksham as part of the Estates and Facilities Team. You will ensure high standards of safety, maintenance and cleanliness across all sites.

We are looking for a reliable and flexible candidate with caretaker/handyperson experience, the ability to lead a small team and knowledge of moving and handling procedures. This permanent role offers a rewarding career within The White Horse Federation family.

Job Role: School Site Manager - you will be supporting x4 school locations

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced School Site Manager to support within 4 of our primary schools across Melksham where you will be based.

We couldn’t do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Site Manager to join our Estates team, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance throughout our school premises. Do you have what it takes to join us? The Site Manager we would like to join us will be:

Reliable, responsible and flexible, able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness.

An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level.

Able to motivate and lead a small team.

Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.
