The White Horse Federation is seeking an experienced School Site Manager to support four primary schools across Melksham. Based within the Estates team, you will ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance across all premises, and take a hands-on approach to daily operations.

You will lead a small team, coordinate security measures, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for children and staff within a large federation.

Qualifications

• Experienced in caretake/handyperson roles, senior level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance across school premises.
• Ensure school security and safety alongside maintenance tasks.
• Lead and motivate a small Estates team across four sites.
