The White Horse Federation is seeking an experienced Multi Site Manager to support four of our primary schools across Melksham, based within our Estates team. You will oversee safety, maintenance and cleanliness across sites, with hands-on leadership of a small team.

We value reliability, flexibility and a proactive approach to safeguarding, security and facilities management, with opportunities for professional development within the federation.

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible and flexible; able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness.
• An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level.
• Able to motivate and lead a small team.
• Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.
