Chongie Entertainment UK Limited – Little Vegas / Little Macau is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the estate of venues nationwide. The role focuses on operational and commercial performance, with phased introduction of commercial responsibilities and development of the area management structure.

The successful candidate will drive trading performance, manage costs, and ensure regulatory compliance while building a strong multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Multi-site operational experience with accountability for trading performance.
• Proven track record of leading management teams.
• Budget ownership and profit accountability.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Operational performance and standards across all venues
• Building, recruiting into and leading the area management team
• Ensuring venues meet licensing and regulatory obligations
• Trading performance, cost control and venue profitability
• Machine mix, pricing, promotions and supplier relationships, introduced on a phased basis
• Opening and integrating new venues, and assessing prospective sites
