Probrand in Birmingham is seeking a Senior/Lead Managed Endpoint Services Engineer to lead architecture, automation and security across our managed services. The role focuses on standardising onboarding, monitoring, patching and backup processes at scale, working with NinjaOne, SonicWall and Acronis platforms.

Hybrid working arrangement, 40 hours per week, with hands-on leadership, escalation and service-improvement duties across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Recent MSP experience supporting multiple external customers.
• Senior escalation across Windows Server, M365, Entra ID, networking, firewalls, VPNs.
• Practical use of RMM/PSA platforms for incident management and automation.
• Strong patching knowledge including third-party apps and reboot issues.
• PowerShell scripting demonstrated for automation.
• Delivery improvements across multi-customer environments.
• Structured troubleshooting for patching, firewall/VPN and security.
• Excellent customer communication.

Responsabilités

• Define and enforce best practices across core managed platforms.
• Own architecture, policy design and alerting within NinjaOne or similar.
• Build and review automation workflows using PowerShell and APIs.
• Serve as senior escalation for complex endpoint and security issues.
• Lead improvements in patching, monitoring and onboarding quality.
• Support pre-sales and design conversations with senior input.
