Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile transformation across Dentistry and Primary Care. You will apply project management, change management and Lean/QI methodologies to deliver sustainable service improvements.

Working with clinical and operational leaders, you will manage governance, benefits realisation and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Project management qualification required.
• Degree or equivalent required.
• Foundation in quality improvement (QI) training and examples of recent project or QI work.
• Evidence of CPD relevant to leadership.
• Lean/quality improvement qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex transformation and improvement projects from design through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Providing expert project, change and improvement management.
• Working with senior clinical and operational leaders to design, implement and embed sustainable service change.
• Managing project governance, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and finances.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Trust and wider health system.
• Leading and supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
• Coaching and developing staff and delivering project, change and improvement training.
• Measuring and demonstrating benefits.
