Advance TRS is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on projects along the South Coast, UK. This role requires MRICS qualification or an equivalent and significant experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

• MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills necessary.

• Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and contract administration.
