Job summary

Carter Jonas in Nottingham is seeking an experienced MRICS Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team. You will provide valuation advice across major infrastructure projects, lead compulsory purchase negotiations and advise landowners, occupiers and clients affected by schemes.

You'll develop client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business growth while delivering strategic property guidance on high-profile projects with national significance.

Qualifications

• MRICS Surveyor with strong background in commercial or rural property sectors.
• Experience of compulsory purchase and compensation matters is desirable.
• Commercially aware with ability to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing valuation advice across infrastructure projects.
• Leading negotiations on compensation and compulsory purchase matters.
• Delivering strategic and practical property advice for major infrastructure schemes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
