TML Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK-wide property practice to recruit an experienced infrastructure professional. The role covers project management from routing to completion, with land consultancy and stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates hold MRICS/AssocRICS qualifications, possess strong PM skills, and can build lasting relationships with clients and landowners while mentoring graduates. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification preferred.
• Strong project management skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence to communicate and negotiate.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee infrastructure projects locally and nationally with key clients in electricity and water sectors.
• Provide land consultancy support and manage asset upgrade programmes.
• Deliver strategic guidance to clients for landowner negotiations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams through routing, construction and completion phases.
• Support on securing additional professional services such as environmental assessments.
