Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure projects locally and nationally with key clients in electricity and water sectors.
• Provide land consultancy support and manage asset upgrade programmes.
• Deliver strategic guidance to clients for landowner negotiations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project teams through routing, construction and completion phases.
• Support on securing additional professional services such as environmental assessments.
