Job summary

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Motion & Content Production Lead to drive video, motion, and AI‑assisted production. You'll blend traditional editing with Pencil and generative AI tools to deliver high‑quality output from concept through final delivery.

You'll also create template‑based static assets, manage the studio's AI tools, and ensure outputs follow brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Senior motion designer or video producer with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong editing, grading, sound design, and 2D animation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI video and image tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Solid understanding of AI-generated and synthetic media ethics.

Responsibilities

• Own video, motion, and digital content production across channels from concept to delivery.
• Produce product demos, customer stories, and thought leadership content.
• Create motion graphics, explainers, and digital advertising assets.
• Build interactive content and multi‑channel motion assets.
• Review AI outputs and refine prompts or edit for quality.
• Maintain brand guidelines and accessibility across outputs.
• Develop and maintain motion templates and tooling within the studio.
