OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Social Designer for a 12‑month fixed term contract in London. The role is hybrid, based in London with 2–3 days on site per week, collaborating with Content Creators, Strategists and Social Media Managers to deliver high‑quality, platform‑native social content.

You will drive the visual craft across static, motion and short‑form video design, building scalable systems for localisation and rapid production across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong portfolio of social-first design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and modular assets.

Aufgaben

• Social-First Design Execution across static, motion, and short-form video assets.
• Platform-optimised design for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other channels.
• Maintain high visual craft standards across output, regardless of volume or turnaround time.
• Collaborate with Content Creators to bring concepts to life visually at pace.
• Create and maintain templates, layouts, and modular assets for localisation and scaling.
• Adapt visual content for different markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy.
• Work with Data teams to inform layout choices based on engagement signals.
• Communicate timelines, risks, and asset status to delivery teams.
