Job summary

OLIVER in London is seeking a senior Content Strategist & AI Copy Lead to own positioning, messaging, and copy across a B2B payments suite. You will build and maintain copy generation frameworks, prompts, and tone-of-voice guardrails enabling AI tools, including Pencil, to produce on-brand drafts at scale.

You'll work within an established strategy, growing ownership of intake, briefing, and prioritisation as the studio matures, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on craft to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior copywriter or content lead.
• Ability to develop positioning and messaging from complex product information.
• Excellent writing across long and short form content.
• Experience building reusable content tools and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives for products and sectors.
• Write and edit high-quality copy across web, email, social, digital advertising, sales collateral, datasheets, presentations, and video scripts.
• Lead thought leadership content and associated assets in line with content strategy.
• Build and maintain copy generation frameworks, prompts, templates, and tone-of-voice rules.
• Review and refine AI-generated copy with editorial oversight and prompt refinement.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk to embed requirements into copy frameworks.
• Support PR and Sales Enablement with current messaging as products land.
• Write scripts and narratives for Motion & Content Production Lead; develop messaging for templates and collateral.
• Plan and prioritise content with Product Marketing, Brand, PR, Sales Enablement, and Internal Communications.
