OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Social Designer in London. This 12-month fixed-term contract involves leading visual craft across static, motion, and video content for a FMCG client.

You’ll build scalable design systems and adapt content across markets, with a hybrid London-based schedule (2–3 days remote per week). You’ll collaborate with Content Creators, Strategists, Social Media Managers, and the Social Creator Lead to ensure on-brand, high-quality output delivered

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality social-first work.
• Experience building design systems or localisation frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Create high-quality visual content across static assets, motion graphics, and short-form video design.
• Ensure platform-optimised output for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
• Maintain strong visual craft standards across all outputs and volumes.
• Collaborate with Content Creators to visually realise concepts.
• Produce assets at pace for always-on content, campaigns, and reactive opportunities.
• Create and maintain templates, layouts, and modular design assets for quick adaptation across markets.
• Adapt visuals for different markets ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.
• Work with data teams to iterate design based on performance signals.
• Partner with Social Creator Lead, Content Creators, Strategists, and Social Managers to align work with strategy and approvals.
• Uphold high design standards and stay current with platform trends and formats.
• Manage project-level production budgets and negotiate rates with freelancers as needed.
