Job summary

MacStaff Limited is seeking a Senior Mortgage & Protection Case Manager in Hemel Hempstead. You will own mortgage and protection cases from submission to completion, supporting advisers, and mentoring junior colleagues.

The role combines client service with regulatory compliance, requiring strong communication, attention to detail and experience with mortgage products and underwriting.

Qualifications

• Significant mortgage industry experience and knowledge of underwriting and lender criteria.
• Experience liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers.
• Understanding FCA compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own mortgage and protection applications end-to-end from submission to completion.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers, solicitors, introducers and advisers.
• Monitor case pipelines, deadlines and query resolutions.
