Job summary

Swarm Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Mortgage & Protection Case Manager for our Hemel Hempstead office. You will own caseloads from submission to completion, coordinating with advisers, lenders and solicitors to progress mortgage and protection applications.

The role suits an organised, proactive candidate with mortgage administration or case management experience, offering a basic salary of £35,000-£40,000, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, 15% commission on introduced business,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year proven experience as Mortgage Administrator/Case Manager/Underwriter/Paraplanner or similar within a mortgage brokerage
• Strong understanding of mortgage and protection process and lender requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from submission through to completion
• Prepare, submit and progress mortgage applications
• Manage protection applications and liaise with providers
• Build relationships and resolve queries with lenders and providers
• Monitor live cases and proactively chase outstanding requirements
• Take ownership of complex cases and improve processes
