Navigate Mortgages Limited in Belfast is seeking a Senior Mortgage Client Manager to deliver an excellent client experience while keeping the mortgage support team organised and moving.

You will coordinate day-to-day workflow, manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry to completion, and act as a reliable point of support for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services administration, ideally within mortgages or protected environments.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, coordinating or leading a team.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and priorities.
• Confident when working with clients, advisers, lenders and solicitors.
• Proactive, calm and solutions-focused with high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow across the mortgage support team, keeping priorities clear and cases moving.
• Manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry to completion, keeping clients informed and supported.
• Act as a reliable point of support for colleagues, sharing knowledge and maintaining consistent ways of working.
• Liaise with lenders, providers, advisers and solicitors to resolve queries and avoid delays.
• Help improve processes, handovers, client communication and service standards.
