Honeycomb Jobs Ltd in Belfast City Centre is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our Belfast team. You will manage mortgage cases from enquiry to completion, provide compliant, tailored advice and identify protection needs.

CeMAP-qualified candidates with at least 2 years' experience and a proven mortgage sales track record are invited. The role offers a base salary up to £35k plus uncapped bonus, with OTE £60k–£80k in year 2, and a supportive, regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Mortgage Adviser.
• A proven track record of mortgage sales.
• Experience advising customers on protection products.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compliant mortgage advice to customers.
• Manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Research the market and recommend suitable mortgage products based on individual customer circumstances.
• Identify and advise on appropriate protection and insurance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and professional introducers.
• Maintain accurate and fully compliant customer records.
• Manage an active pipeline of mortgage applications through to completion.
• Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Deliver a professional, knowledgeable and personable customer experience.
• Ensure all advice and activity is delivered in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its Belfast-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser with a proven track record in mortgage sales. You will take ownership of customer relationships throughout the full mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, providing tailored and compliant advice while identifying relevant protection and insurance needs.

The Role:

What do we need in you:

• Full CeMAP qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Mortgage Adviser.
• A proven track record of mortgage sales.
• Experience advising customers on protection products.
• Proven experience managing mortgage cases from initial consultation through to completion.
• Candidates with experience gained within banking, mortgages or another regulated financial services environment are particularly encouraged to apply.
