Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Advisor for a busy estate agency and financial services group in Basildon. You will manage a strong flow of leads, provide tailored financial advice, and deliver mortgage and protection solutions in a dynamic environment.

The role requires CeMAP or equivalent qualification, excellent communication, and the ability to convert leads through the mortgage process while ensuring FCA compliance.

• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

The role offers access to a strong flow of leads generated internally, supporting consistent business opportunities. Any candidates applying for this role should be CeMAP or equivalent qualified and have CAS.

• Professional and proactive approach to client relationships
• Full UK driving licence preferred
