You will manage a strong flow of leads, provide tailored financial advice, and deliver mortgage and protection solutions in a dynamic environment.

The role requires CeMAP or equivalent qualification, excellent communication, and the ability to convert leads through the mortgage process while ensuring FCA compliance.

Qualifications

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable mortgage and protection products.
• Manage and convert internally generated leads.
• Support clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Maintain FCA compliance and company procedures.
• Build relationships with buyers, lenders, and estate agency colleagues.
