Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network, part of LSL Property Services plc, seeks a Senior Mortgage Administrator / Para planner to join a busy AR partner firm in Walton on Thames. 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, with hybrid working options and a competitive salary £28,000–£35,000 DOE.

The role focuses on researching mortgage and protection solutions, supporting advisers, and handling applications while ensuring compliance and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mortgage administration or advisor work.
• Experience in mortgage and protection environment.
• Experience submitting and managing cases with lenders and providers.
• Ability to work with industry sourcing systems.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research mortgage and protection solutions and prepare recommendations.
• Submit mortgage and protection applications to lenders and insurers.
• Assist Sales Progression in moving cases from application to completion.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, insurers, solicitors and third parties.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
