Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join its Hull team, supporting Reeds Rains and other partners within the PRIMIS network. This AR role offers either full office working or hybrid arrangements.

Base salary is between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of £70,000+. For those choosing self-employment, the splits are 70% on self-gen with a 45% lead share.

Qualifications

• CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for Hull.
• Experience within estate agency partnerships preferred.
• Proven track record in regulated mortgage advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients in Hull and surrounding areas.
• Work with PRIMIS network and Reeds Rains in Hull to deliver compliant advice.
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Mortgage Advisor - Hull

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking approaches from experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a very well established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The PRIMIS partner firm are a 150 advisor Mortgage and Protection business that works alongside contracted Estate Agency partners nationwide to include Estate Agency businesses such as Your Move, Reeds Rains, Hunters, Whitegates, Davis Tate, Hawes and Co and Intercounty.

This role would support the Reeds Rains estate agency businesses in Hull

The roles available are either full office working or hybrid working

Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000 doe negotiable with an OTE of £70,000 +.

Should the advisor prefer the self-employed role then the splits are 70% on self gen with the leads provided percentage at 45%.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience for this location.
