Job summary

PRIMIS Mortgage Network in Wolverhampton seeks a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join a busy, long-established partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation working in Wolverhampton.

You will handle lender liaison, progress applications to completion, answer calls and emails, and submit mortgage and protection applications. The role is office-based with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months administration experience in property or financial services.
• Excellent written and oral communication; confident telephone manner.
• Able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

Office Based / Wolverhampton / Full Time PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join a busy, long established partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation who are based in Wolverhampton. Our highly valued partner firm is a successful, customer focused Mortgage & Protection advisory business supporting numerous introducers across the UK. The firm is looking to grow their business with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator to their team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers / lenders. We are ideally looking for a minimum of 6 months administration experience in property or financial services. Base Salary to £25,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
• Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Dealing with incoming calls and emails
• Submission of mortgage & protection applications

Skills & Experience Required

• A minimum of 6 months administration experience
• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
• Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
• Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service

Hours

Hours are 9 - 530 Mon - Thursday and 9 - 430 on a Friday
