Job summary
Nova Systems is seeking a Senior Modelling and Simulation Engineer to deliver engineering coherence across M&S projects, translating user needs into actionable designs for software and hardware teams. You will monitor delivery quality and timeliness while collaborating with engineers and data analysts.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering Modelling & Simulation projects.
- Ability to translate user requirements into engineering designs for software/hardware teams.
- Familiarity with software development approaches and testing/validation processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the development of M&S capabilities to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data analysts to resolve complex issues.
- Explain M&S capabilities to non-technical audiences, including clients.
- Lead the technical delivery of customer demonstrations and presentations.
- Guide teams through the engineering lifecycle and evaluate requirements.
