Job summary

The Therabody mobile app connects to Therabody devices and provides guided routines, AI-grade recovery recommendations, and wearables integration. As Sr Product Manager, you will own the roadmap at the intersection of software, hardware, firmware and AI, collaborating with UX/UI, engineering, marketing and sales to launch features aligned with company goals.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, drive hypothesis-driven testing, and focus on customer experience, engagement, and KPI optimization

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience with mobile apps that have hardware counterparts.
• Proven track record of delivering successful mobile products or features.
• Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, app store dynamics, and mobile analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a prioritized mobile app roadmap and backlog, aligning initiatives with business strategy.
• Lead end-to-end execution and launch of complex cross-functional app features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive mobile experiences and set testing agenda.
• Partner with Product Development to define digital features that complement physical products.
• Write and refine user stories with engineering teams and own UAT.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering to develop go-to-market plans and measure results.
• Champion Agile principles and Scrum across the software lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs for mobile engagement and conversion and drive continuous improvement at scale.
• Stay ahead of mobile trends across iOS, Android, and AI/ML integrations.
